Another question...

Regarding the information you could gather: What are the historical inaccuracies that you notice in "Elizabeth: The Golden Age"?

  1. One of the things that I could notice reading a little bit was an inaccuracy in the final of the battle between Spain and England, because the movie shows a big victory of England but historically, it was a storm what caused the failure of Spain.

  2. Another inaccuracy of this movie was that Sir Francis Walsingham was only a year older than Queen Elizabeth so the difference of age that was represented in the film wasn't true. Also is impossible that Sir Walsingham discovered the complot against the Queen Elizabeth for his brother, William, because he never existed.

  3. That's interesting Astrid! I didn't know about the fact of William's existence!
