Why do you think the fact that Elizabeth I was virgen queen is emphasized throughout the movie?

    Because she was a Queen, and she didn't want descendence, I think a normal thought in a Queen or King is that they want to have descendence to the throne

    In my opinion this "feature" (virgin queen) was emphasized in the movie beacause the objective of this was shows a queen that put aside his personal life for the people, and so leave it as a "good queen".
